Traditional Mead/Honey Wine

A distinctively Muskoka taste reflecting the incredibly varied Wildflowers in our region.  With a lightly sweet start, and delicate notes of wildflowers on the palate, this wine has a dry finish.  This wine is perfect when chilled and paired with a charcuterie board or grilled fish.  Mix with soda water and ice for a refreshing, light summer lunch wine.
